ASA Rotating Plotter

the only pilots plotter I had ever used until now was of the fixed protractor type, not rotating. I had occasion to seek out a new plotter recently and thought Id give the rotating version a try since it was about the same price as the fixed version.

ITS A GOOD QUALITY PLOTTER. DESPITE TODAY WE USE A TECHNOLOGY, THIS IS A GOOD CLASSIC ESPECIALLY WHEN THE BATTERIES OF THE COMPUTER RUNNING OUT. GOOD CHOISE, CHEAPER PRICE!

The over all material quality looked good but when the connected the 2 pieces they miss aligned it by about 1/16 of an inch and it pretty much makes it useless. So I returned it and purchased another brand.
