> 3 dayThe computer works great, very quick and small form factor. It comes with everything you need to get up and running. It comes with a mount to put on back of screen. When I came across an issue, I e-mailed customer care and they responded the next morning (time difference) and gave me a video of how to fix my problem. They followed up the next morning to make sure everything was working well. Will defiantly do business with them again!

> 3 dayEdit 2 and TL;DR - I first got a faulty unit. The manufacturers customer support did their best to help me solve the issues but did not succeed. I returned the unit for a full refund. They then offered to send me a new unit for FREE. The unit arrived a month ago and has been working flawlessly ever since.

> 3 dayIts about as good of a Windows 11 as it can be. Use it as a media center, and performs ok. I do like that is the pro version, which means can use MS remote control (only good product of MS in last 15 years) to get into it. It doesnt appear to have a bunch of pre-loaded crap on it, but its getting more difficult to tell due to obscuration in process names. as well as the ton of stuff 10/11 runs as a matter of course.

> 3 dayNice little computer but it is loud for sure. I upgraded the drive to a 1TB which required a fresh install of Win 11. However Win 11 was missing about 4 drivers (Base system, SM Bus, etc) Can not find the drivers to finish.

> 3 dayWith the onsite office work coming back to normal, I chose to have a hybrid setup where I can work at home or in the office when needed. Currently I have a laptop for my hybrid work but needed something compact with upgraded storage to stay with my home setup but can be brought to office when needed. This mini PC is perfect, as the CPU and memory specs are the same as my laptop, hence I can expect the same performance.

> 3 dayMini PCs act as the perfect solution for so many tasks. Let it be powering a simple workstation at your office or home, riding the back of a display for digital signage, or running a server for various tasks. They are small, thus they don’t take nearly as much space as a full desktop, and they don’t consume as much energy either.

> 3 dayFirst, right after I bought mine, there was a significant price jump. If it was as expensive as it is now, I probably would have not spent the money since I never tried a mini PC before. I have always built my computers (probably 20 or so for myself and others) so I was a little hesitant to buy a box that I can probably never fix if something breaks. I will probably never build another PC, these are powerful enough for daily computing and a little more. Comparing prices to the parts to build a system pr one of these, I think these are the future of home computing. I do not game with it so I cant give any info there... I use it as a Home Theater PC and for general computing and it is great, very fast.

> 3 dayNearly a year now since I started using this unit. Now use it as my media PC for my partner and I laser projector. Running plex, ftp server, windows 11, likely going Linux. No issues, extremely pleased with the PC
