Astatic 636L mics are quite a bit louder than a RK56, clearer and cleaner sounding audio, reproduces your voice perfectly. I buy a new one every time I sell a radio as there’s nothing in its price range that will make your tuned Radio sound any better! The Stars and Stripes make it just a bit more patriotic than anything else out there. If only they would build a 13 Stars with Criss-crossed Bars model for us Rebs! You can’t go wrong with an Astatic 636L and Ladies, He’ll love It Too!
