AstroAI Tire Inflator Portable Air Compressor Car Tire Pump 150 PSI 12V DC/110V AC with Dual Metal Motors & Digital Pressure Gauge for Tires & Inflatables

I keep a 12v compressor (the Harbor Freight Aluminum Body 100psi model, SKUs 63745, 96068, 69284, 61788, 69926) and I have generally liked them and use them every few months to top off tires. They work well, but will pop the fuse in my one vehicle if you dont start the compressor BEFORE you connect the fitting. They also have an annoying thread-on style fitting rather than the locking style. This AstroAI pump caught my eye in the vine program because it was dual powered so I can fill up tires without needing 12v power and without having to lug out my air compressor. Ive been using it a few weeks on and off and I like it. My first observation is that its much larger than the Harbor Freight compressors I mentioned above. It also seems less durable, so Im not sure how well it will handle being tossed around in the trunk. With that said, its quieter and dual power. Im happy with this unit and would strongly recommend it for somebody who plans to keep it on a shelf in the garage. I do have concerns that the housing will not be durable enough to get slammed around in a car trunk unless its in some kind of bag or container, but it works well otherwise.

First, the gauge is five (5) PSI lower than actual. The plastic case reduces the sound level, reading at 75db. But the case is cheaply made The accessory plug cord is long enough to inflate all tires. The “Inflatables” switch is quieter and efficiently inflates a queen-size air mattress. If you need an air compressor to take on a camping trip, this will work. I cannot recommend it as an air compressor to keep in a truck for heavy use.

I have inflated my bike tires and put air in my car tires. I feel great having one of these at home and this works great. Never have to worry about slow leaks or where to find the bike pump or the specific mattress pump again. This does it all.

Comes in handy. Can be used on different things

It takes quite a bit of time inflating a car tire from the cigarette lighter and you have to stop after 15 minutes and let it rest, but this is great to have in the car in case of emergency. It has lots of adapters for air mattresses, balls, etc. and even reversed to deplete the air too. Highly recommend this as something you should have in your car just in case

This is a nice air pump. I have had several of this air pumps before. What make this stand out is that it has 2 different power sources. You can plug this into the cigarette lighter in your car or use a regular electrical outlet . You can use this to inflate tires , basket balls and footballs. Then on the other end it has a blower that you can use to inflate air mattress and pool toys. It has flashing red emergency light and a clear flashlight.. The only down size is its a litter larger then the other other pumps I have had.

There are some pluses and minuses when it comes to putting air in your tires. Lets start with a hand pump (ugh), a compressor like this one (better than average) The self serve pay with a credit card machine at the gas station; A personal large compressor (with a larger price stage, and of course) free air at the tire store if you dont mind they are going too try to sell you a new tire) The practical choice is this portable air compressor. Its a little noise and takes patience if you need to put a lot of air into the tire, but it will be there. Small enough to keep around when you need it., whether in your garage, closet, or trunk. If the tire goes flat overnight that is why par owners like having a small compressor.

This is an all-in-one air compressor. You have the options to plug it in to your vehicle or an outlet the cord is longer than usual but the actual compressor is compact enough and lightweight to carry it around with ease. This was easy to use setup was fast. There is a digital screen that shows you options for the pressure amounts. This compressor also is not very loud it works great and I love it.

The unique feature of this device is the dual power source capability, allowing you to use household AC outlet in addition to using the cigarette socket. The AC cord is fairly long but youll still need an extension cord to be able to fill all 4 tires. You can also use it to inflate/deflate other items such as air mattress, balls, pool toys, etc. The included light is great for roadside repairs at night. Auto shut off at desired air pressure is a very convenient feature. The only thing I can complain about is the connector to the tire valve stem. I find that most of these type of connection tend to loosen and/or break over time and with use. A better connection would be to screw directly into the valve to prevent air leakage. It would be nice to have a carrying case or at least a built in compartment to store/carry all the included attachment tips.

I ordered this for my RV. I wanted to be able to use 12v or 120v. Ann added bonus is the low pressure/high flow setting for rafts and other inflatable items that we use while camping. The 12v cable is about 9ft long, so plan accordingly if you have a big RV. I havent tried it on my 80 psi tires, but I pumped all 5 tires of my car up and it functions like any other compressor of this size. Its the same volume as my other compressor, which is loud, but thats to be expected. You set the pressure and then let it go until it gets there. My other compressor doesnt get the pressure quite right, but this one was right on when I checked with a Guage. It also has a light that is solid white or flashing red. There is also series of 5 led lights near the pressure display that I think show how close the pressure is to your setting. The high pressure hose was just long enough to work with my jeep wrangler 33 tires. Overall Im very pleased. I think the only thing I would add to this is a place to stick the valve cover while filling.
