    I love this product, from the battery life that lasts more than a full work day, to the power and speed to play any game I want not to mention that it all fits in 14 inches! I travel quite a bit for my job and for personal fun. The only gripe I have about it is that it CAME WITH the U and I keys on the keyboard are pushed in on the bottom meeting corners and I cant fix it.

    Its good for gaming i guess, but i tried recording snd streaming so my friends could see my gameplay, but that thing lags so much on minecraft, and rocket league. I only have like 12 apps, i reset the pc and my laptop still does same thing. Before this laptop i used to have a non gaming dell laptop it had like 40 apps and worse components, and it didnt lag at all, it took a while longer to load but thats becuase its old.

    After a few months that I had the laptop the screen just shut down without any reason whatsoever, I was frustrated and tried to reach amazon and now Im waiting for a refund for so long that it doesnt make any sense I regret this purchase so much and now Im empty handed after chasing the costumer service for a refund for so long. I really expected amazon to be more afficiant and productive to their clients. Im really dissapointed and upset.

    Just got my pc.. opened it - box incloud only a power supply..,and did some first configurations. Delivery was quick,about a week! PC look great and first configurations and impression of working with it went great! Only wish packed came with more features..like an ethernet dongle,or a leptop sleeve or something. All and all Im happy with this purchase and with amazon service!
