> 3 dayI’m usually a fan of Asus products as they are well thought out and good quality. Unfortunately that didn’t work out for this monitor. I was looking for one with speakers so I could switch between work and plugging in a Roku or gaming console so that narrowed down my choices. While this Asus does reasonably for streaming video and gaming it’s not good for text. Even with brightness turned down and contrast up I couldn’t get a reasonable black for my text.

> 3 dayFirst off let me say that this is NOT a 120hz monitor. Not only did I magically pay $150 for this thing, but it was falsely advertised and I can not be more upset. Despite all of that I can say that it is a great secondary monitor for my mother whom Ive decided to give this to. The 75hz AGAIN SEVENTY FIVE HERTY REFRESH RATE works well with my mothers simple work tasks and responsibilities. I would not recommend this to any hard core gamer and especially for the price I paid for it.

> 3 dayDecent monitor for a decent price. Black levels are very bad. I played with every setting in every combination I could think of, but the black levels never got decent. Not as noticeable if youre surfing or using a word processor or worksheet, but if youre gaming or watching media, the brightness is annoying. Im OK with the monitor since its a secondary monitor, but Id return it if was my primary.

> 3 dayI tried it on my 1070 and my laptop 740m along with updated drivers, HDMI 2.1 and anything it could possibly be. It is a misprint. I also bought it from J-Electronics and their service is as bad as you can tell when they dont respond to anything. I tried to cancel and then after Ive bought it, am having a hard time returning. Moral of the story is, I am A+ certified and know computers pretty well so believe me when I say that it is bunk. Its also super bright and makes things look worse than on my DVI display

> 3 dayWe bought this as a second monitor because its the newer version of our other Asus monitor. We were expecting them to be pretty close to the same. Its crap. The picture quality is so low, I hope you dont need to read anything small on it. Everything is fuzzy and grainy and its so dim- and thats on the best setting I could get it on. I wish I hadnt destroyed the box or I would be trying to return it. But its under $100 you say? Yeah and its worth about $20. If you have no monitor and HAVE to get something cheap, still look for other options first.

> 3 dayI love the product but I have to tell some of its cons, 1) the monitor does not have much mobility, 2) depending on where you look the monitor will be darker on the sides so you have to put it in the perfect spot. However it is 5 stars because the price overshadows those cons, one of the cheapest monitors out there so if you are starting a setup and the budget is not high than this is one of the best options for beginners.

> 3 dayThe Quality is great, however it is Marketed and Described as 75HZ. This monitor is 60HZ. So buyer beware. They described it incorrectly.
