Like a weird magical potion, broken power jack upon the 90th day and called them 2 days later.

No complaints thus far. The unit is performing well

The chromebook did not fully operate and as of the above date Im still waiting for my refund.

I like the computer over all it does everything i need it to do. Its a perfect little computer to browse and use emails. i dont need it to do too much just little simple things. The only down fall is the letters on the screen can be a little blurry at times but overall its the best laptop for the price

Really nice product for its price, Even comes with a wired mouse and a small bag to protect it. Battery life was less than expected; around 7 hours vs. the 10 that was advertised. All in all really good buy.

After just a few months of normal use, it stopped turning on. Useless. Do not buy!

Perfect for what it was designed to do.

I ordered this and it never even turned on. We tried charging it and still wouldn’t turn on.

Wanted an inexpensive laptop so that I can be away from my desktop for light activities like web browsing and netflix streaming. NOT a laptop you would want to buy for gaming (thus the low rating). Screen I was not impressed with. Its fuzzy looking and only improves if you have the brightness on at full. Even at full brightness, the battery lasts hours (not 9 though as described) when watching Netflix or Crunchyroll. NOT a touch screen. Keyboard functionality is definitely limited than your standard desktop keyboard even for being a laptop. Easy to use and happy I bought it!

I like the larger screen but the weight is still low. It is nice to have access to apps. I was able to open 70 tabs in chrome without issues. Screen resolution is good. I may miss the smaller 11 inch when I travel but the pandemic has reduced my flying anyway. I am glad to have this new Chromebook! I dont see any need for a 180 degree hinge but it isnt hurting performance in any way
