The package was all battered up when I received it. The lap top only worked for about two days and then it just stopped turning on.

El producto tardó 2 días en presentar el primer pantallazo azul, luego solo fueron errores tras errores. En total recibí como 5 pantallazos azules y cada que la encendía me decía que debía escanear y reparar el disco de almacenamiento… Ya hice el retorno y estoy esperando la devolución del dinero y en teoría por lo que hablé con servicio al cliente debería recibir la devolución del envío ya que viene con malos funcionamientos de fábrica (Desde Colombia fueron al rededor de 160USD). En mi opinión deberían optar por otra opción o contar con suerte al comprar ésta laptop.

Es excelente, no es pesada, muy rápida, excelente definición y rapidez, los juegos corren increíble

On paper it has all I need - 144Hz screen, slim build for travel and 3050Ti graphics. Ive been using it after I received it in a nice package. Its been satisfying for my gaming needs - 2K, RD2 etc. But I will only buy it is on sale. For the list price, I will buy a one with more powerful graphics card.

Nice laptop for the price. My last Asus lasted almost 8 years of daily usage and its still going, but some keys started to fail. I used it for part business and part home. You just cant beat the quality build of an Asus and this Tuf-15 is no exception. The first thing I did was to uninstall Windows 10 and switched the operating system to Linux (Pop!_OS) and works flawlessly. Microsoft has become so intrusive into our privacy. I just ordered more memory and a second M.2 NVMe hard drive from Amazon. I will run Windows inside of VirtualBox, so I can run programs I need. Dont hesitate to grab this one while they are still available, you wont regret it.

Battery not charging and black screen on arrival; return process is a nightmare with Amazon. Don’t buy expensive electronics ere unless you are prepared for a headache.

My dad bought this for my christmas because my old laptop broke i had been looking to play on pc and get to mod my games and have some fun. this is a great starter pc right out the box it is fresh and amazing it is awsome on battry life and the screan is kinda dim but pluged in it britens up a bit. 10/10 wuld recomend this thing runs fast.
