It’s a great computer for the price point. Easily upgradeable ram and hard drive. The ram upgrade is a necessity for this type of computer. It’s not going to play the latest AAA games great. If your just looking to play Fallout 4, 3 and NV on Ultra this is the computer for you.

I would really like to like this computer, but I just cant. It has a few small problems that are just a hassle, but its big problems make it awful. For small problems, its screen does a complete reset when you plug and unplug the charger, which isnt the end of the world but is just another problem to add to the list. Secondly, the fans will just turn up to max speed, randomly for no apparent reason. It is very loud and disruptive, especially when you are in a college class. They also wont turn off when you close the computer, you have to do a complete shutdown and restart to get the problem to go away. Thirdly, the battery does not last as long as they say it does and dies at about half the time that is listed. Fourthly, not only does the laptop die fast, but when it gets to a low battery it crawls down to a snails pace and is basically impossible to use. When it gets to 15% you might as well just give up on trying to do anything on it. It will not even run candy crush because it goes down to an fps of 2 when you open it. Lastly, and in my opinion, most importantly, it will randomly crash to a blue screen error and you will lose all of the windows that you had open and progress you do not have saved. I do not recommend this laptop to anyone and would recommend you avoid it at all costs.

Built an ASUS desktop and absolutely loved it. So when I needed a new laptop and on a budget I found this one. It has been nothing short of a nightmare. First its pretty slow at common tasks mostly due to the i7 being stripped down to 4 cores. It crashes and locks up often. Every 30 second the interior fan go into what I will call airplane mode. It stays in this loud fan cycle even if the computer is asleep. Not sure I would consider this a gaming laptop, it cant handle multiple screens with a video on each or it will crash. Not worth the purchase and I wish I would have returned in time and spent the extra 200 bucks on a decent laptop.

Thought i was buying a brand new laptop. Packaged as if its brand new but the case clearly has smudges on it from where someone else was using it. Imagine where your hand would rest on the case with your fingers on WASD like youre playing a game. Yep, mine clearly shows smudges and wear in that spot. So i suppose this will crap out on my early because its refurbished but pushed off as brand new. Gotta live capitalism. Screw over the consumer as much as possible. I have until the end of this month to return it and i just might do that. I paid 1000.00 gor a brand new computer thats never been used by anyone other than maybe quality control and its obvious someone else had their greasy hands on it before it made it to me.

It boots up pretty fast and works really well, battery life is a bit short though
