Had it for less than a day, started windows update and after a second restart it never got to Windows again. Reinstalled bios, tried to reinstall windows, nothing worked. Maybe I got a bad one, but it was definitely frustrating.

This laptop has the latest of the hardware which is nice to start with but...

Laptop looks great and is super fast. Only issue is while playing a game it would over heat really bad. Top of the computer would get to hot to touch. I even purchased a cooling fan for it and still would get the same way. Would’ve kept the laptop if this issue didn’t come about.

It worked for 3 days and I only used it for about an hr each day, batter life is horrible dies in about an hr.

After updating all the systems software on the computer and using it for a few weeks it still runs as expected and very well at gaming, typing, and student task. I would highly recommend this item to others because the value to performance factor is great on this laptop.

This is very fast compared to my old MSI that was not a slouch. Very quick start up and good gamer for Blizzard games.

Es una buena laptop, con excelente calidad precio-beneficio. La calidad de materiales y ensamble es correcto (no es un PC premium, pero no se espera que lo sea por ese precio); su rendimiento es muy bueno, corre lo que sea. La temperatura del procesador y la grafica es muy buena cuando juegas; por ejemplo, warzone en graficos altos, no pasa de 78°, al menos que haya una actualización en segundo plano o que Defender este chequeando el PC. Sin embargo, para mantener estas temperaturas se debe tener una base o almuhadilla refrigerante. Para las tareas diarias, es mas que suficiente; con la APP Armory Create (es una excelente APP de Asus para gestionar el poder del PC), puedes activar el modo eco de la GPU cuando no necesites tareas exigentes, esto desactiva la tarjeta grafica dedicada y el PC se mantiene muy fresco para trabajo suave con temperaturas entre los 45 - 50° sin necesidad de base refrigerante, trabajando además de forma muy silenciosa lo que se agradece en la oficina o en la Universidad. La calidad de la camara no es muy buena, pero realmente casi no la uso. Cuando usas toda la potencia de PC, los ventiladores suenan bastante fuerte, pero en esos casos generalmente uso audifonos, así que no me molesta. Creo que vale la pena, estoy contento con él, lo compraría de nuevo, trae un excelente hadware acompañado de muy buen software que permite su adecuada gestión.

I’ll keep it simple, i love the design, the specs are really good especially for this budget (i got it for 999$ on sale) and overall it is a great gaming laptop. Love it.
