> 24 hourA sus computer... thats for sure. Unit will no longer boot. Screen stays black, fan turns on, backlit keypad cycles through rgbs. Contacted ASUS, sending the unit back to be wiped and os reinstalled to secure my data. Return window expired on Amazon but they are allowing me to return the product. Never had a computer completely fail so quickly, so disappointed.

> 24 hourIm having an occassional issue where the keyboard doesnt work at all. Its not permanent, but it sure is annoying when it doesnt work when Id like it to. And the volume/brightness keys/ etc. (all keys on the top of the keyboard), appear to be dysfunctional/unresponsive. Im considering returning or selling this bc of how inconvenient it has been.

> 24 hourAs my first gaming laptop I couldn’t be happier. I bought this on sale for just under $600. 8gb ram, I added a 4gb stick I had in a damaged laptop and now have 12gb ram (which has worked just fine and I have noticed the increase in speed). 500gb SSD that I just upgraded with another 512gb SSD for $43. I have played halo infinite and it looks great. Looks as good as it did when using the Xbox series S. This laptop upgrades easily. I put the ram in and then the SSD in under 5 minutes. Seems solid, not flimsy. Haven’t noticed screen brightness issues. Have used for job interviews using Microsoft teams and the camera and speakers and mic work great. Overall very happy. You don’t need to spend thousands to get a good gaming rig and work/education rig.

> 24 hourFirst saw this on jays2cents. I wanted a laptop that could play all my games and it works perfect. I need to add another SSD and more ram but, the stock memory and ram allows me to play cloud games great and No mans sky, Death Stranding, and RDR2 locally from the ssd.
