This laptop is pretty incredible. I absolutely love the flip feature and so grateful I dont have to carry around two devices. I have had no problems with it so far. I did have a friend who did a system reset for me to take off all of the factory installed apps and such that are completely unnecessary and slow down the computer a bit. It works lightning fast after that. If you have an in with an IT wizard, definitely ask for some help there.

This laptop is awesome for one reason: It does NOT have any of the outdated, clunky USB Type-A ports.

The charger cord doesnt seem to fit the computer very well. It slips out and I have to hold it to charge. Did you send me the wrong cord? Please send a new one.

Perfect laptop for small tasks like web browsing and writing papers. I use this for college, and it works perfectly for just that. I wouldn’t use for heavy storage or memory use.

First and foremost I love ASUS products. I have owned several of their laptops across the years with no complaints.
