> 24 hourIt’s been over nine months and works just fine for my day to day duties. Screen brightness isn’t the best but is ok if you’re not bothered by dim light.

> 24 hourBought this for my kid but laptop arrived dead on arrival and we returned it. He bought a laptop directly from Dell instead, works like a charm.

> 24 hourWhen I purchased this item, I thought that it would be a great fit for me, but it wasnt. Cant get the touch pad to function correctly, cant close out any files or even try to save them. I know that it is too late to return, but I will have to purchase another one but from a different supplier.

> 24 hourIt performed poorly during video processing. It would sometimes have muted sections in the video. Had to set energy usage to best performance to have a video with no hickups.

> 24 hourI upgraded my 5 years old laptop to this ASUS and before doing that I did quite a lot of online research. And I can not be happier. This device is fast, like really fast! I like the screen which produces very low levels of reflection, the (illuminated) keyboard has a satisfying “click” and travel, I love the metallic finish of the device and it’s very light to travel with. Overall completely happy. Only downside (being really picky) is that trackpad feels somehow “cheap” when clicking it… I mean, the device looks and feels so premium but the track pad feels like from another device… anyhow it works beautifully. Not a reason to complain. I absolutely recommend this lovely machine.

> 24 hourIf youre looking for a sleek, modern laptop, this isnt for you. There is no touch screen, and the screen it does have looks a bit... dated, to me at least. Theres a neon border around the enter key, which is fine but unnecessary. The keyboard does lean on the small side, so if thats a big deal for you Id suggest looking elsewhere. However, the functionality and value of this laptop is great. Who cares if it looks a little 3 years ago? Its fast with good graphics. It doesnt overheat and randomly shut down, like my previous one, and the fan noise is unnoticeable. Ive had a couple issues, but I think thats Windows for you (speaking of which, I did have to download Windows 11 myself, which was a battle and a half). The battery life is excellent, along with the sound quality. Im happy with this laptop, particularly because of its low price, and will likely have it for a minimum of three more years.

> 24 hourLaptop was supposed to be refurbished but it obviously was not since it still had someone else login password on it. Could not reset system to remove password and could not get Windows to load at all.
