My old laptop died, and I needed a new one but didnt want to spend a lot. This laptop does everything I need plus.

Screen was flickering from the very first moment I opened the laptop. I had to return it right away, simply unacceptable to get a product with such a problem.

I have found that this system is mainly for web, and small type of work. It has very limited option to upgrade, the way the memory is used is different from standard units. My model has 16gm Ram but only 9gb usable as RAM the other is for virtual memory, with a pagefile size of less than 3GB. The RAM is soldered! No upgrade, period. It is using some of the ram as virtual. Which somehow gives some fast operation. I replaced de 500GB M.2 for a 1TB. It can use up to 2TB. that is the only upgrade that can be installed. From Windows 11 system info I get the following related to memory usage and configuration. Also RAM memory is shared with the video display.

This is the best laptop Ive ever bought. Outperforms the more expensive ones Ive had in the past. Like this so much, my mom bought one also. Fires up quickly. Performs well. No complaints.

Starts right up. Screen image is beautiful. Touch pad is great.

Summary: Great computer, great value.

No problems with charging, etc. But the desktop screen is renewing itself even though no refresh is intended.
