> 3 dayMe and my husband bought one for each of this laptop and shortly after we got it we had to come back to our country and we started noticing that the screen gets blurred constantly and we need to restart the laptop. Sometimes my screen goes completely black and I have to restart it.

Greater than one weekThis unit failed out of the box and would not power up. It was returned with all original packaging and items but Gimme a Hug claims the accessories were missing. They kept 19% for a dead PC.

> 3 dayI have found that this system is mainly for web, and small type of work. It has very limited option to upgrade, the way the memory is used is different from standard units. My model has 16gm Ram but only 9gb usable as RAM the other is for virtual memory, with a pagefile size of less than 3GB. The RAM is soldered! No upgrade, period. It is using some of the ram as virtual. Which somehow gives some fast operation. I replaced de 500GB M.2 for a 1TB. It can use up to 2TB. that is the only upgrade that can be installed. From Windows 11 system info I get the following related to memory usage and configuration. Also RAM memory is shared with the video display.

> 3 dayMicrosoft 365 is junk. The software is like going backwards. Been using Windows 7 with Office 2010. Soooo many features were far better on the old software. The laptop itself does not have the greatest keyboard. Keep having to retype words. It is annoying to have Mcafee keep popping up ads for their services.
