I got it however I had several issues with the delivery as I am living in Toronto (the problem was with international tracking of the carrier). I got this laptop for a fair price and ridiculous prices such $3200 are not logical. I waited for 4 months and finally got it. I am lucky some seller could not steal my money.

Very fast and easy to navigate.

Top screen cracked in lower right corner first week, then it spider cracked at a pinhole in same spot and spread across screen. Never dropped or had anything happen to it. Realized the hinge and frame between lower screen and top screen was pressing on top when closed and think a pressure point caused screen cracked as aligned perfectly at impact/hole point. Love the idea of the two screens for windows, screen quality awesome, keyboard wonderful to use and high functioning. I do not like the built in stand as always fixing one of the inserts to make it stand up. Too many times it failed to recognize my face for screen unfreeze. Pen does not stay in the case slot and was always falling out in my bag and had to find- needs to have a magnetic holder. I was excited about this computer but returned for a different type as just wasn’t going to work for me.

comes loaded with all kinds of crap that is not needed & you cant delete. whatever the hell contana is is a pain in the a** - you shouldnt have to log in to COPY & PASTE!!! It should not be that difficult to select & copy paste from one browser to another takes 5 minutes & 20 tries!!! And the screen brightness is beyond terrible - you can not use this laptop outside as you CANT SEE ANYTHING - the brightest setting is crap!!! This is worse than an ipad. Piece of crap.

I reported the keyboard /cursor problems to both Amazon and Asus. Asus promised me to contact me within 48 hours on 03/11/2022. However, 72 hours has passed. Nobody contacted me. It is 9PM EST now of 03/16/2022. What can I do?

Keyboard is awkwardly placed, makes it hard to use. Second screen is small and does not open tasks with correct fitment due to its resolution. Would not recommend for a business laptop. Just get a normal single screen device and if needed get a screen extender / adapter for your laptop size.

Incredibly fast, the secondary screen works amazing.

I really wanted to try to dual screen so I got this, just newly realsed zen duo with the 16gb. I was zippy fast and I loved it, but had to return because the right click button on the touch pad did not work. 2 finger click did work but the physical right button one uses with ones thumb itself did not work. Im hoping it was just my unit and not a defect with other people. The 8gb version was out for a few months longer and non of the reviews show other people with this issue.

It has been just more than 10 days since I have this laptop and am actually enjoying it. The build quality is pretty awesome and for the price and the configuration, I felt it is a deal.
