First off, it’s a gorgeous design. I ordered the black rose gold edition. Definitely stands out! Though bit of a fingerprint magnet which doesn’t bother me but thought I’d mention. It is great for multitasking and having multiple apps/windows open. Touchscreen works really well and responds awesome! Speakers are okay, not the best for sure. The stylus pen works okay. It does run hot when running multiple task though. The worst part is the battery life. Definitely not was is advertised. If it wasn’t for the battery I would have given 5 stars.

This laptop has audio issues. For some reason whenever windows reboots the sound start making pop noises. It goes away when you turn off and turn on the machine but it is annoying and I dont expect to have this issue on this laptop. Screen is amazing.

Ive always admired Asus products and support. This was the first time to purchase a laptop. The pencil was missing even though advertised as included. The laptop has two labels, an original with feature that are less that what is advertised, a second label (similar to what happens when you get your prescription medicine and a label is placed on the original medicine bottle) had different information but what was interesting is a line redacted off of the information on that second label. I didnt open the wrapping around the laptop and just decided there are several flags of unease to return it.
