The caramel, peanuts and chocolate combo Atkins has here is a match made in heaven. It is a perfect if you are craving a candy bar but just with only 3g met of carbs. The size is perfect and overall so satisfying. Will eat when doing Keto or anytime really.

I know that these are not for everyone, but I love them. Both the chocolate and caramel nut ones are exactly like a candy bar. They have no aftertaste at all and I just love them. They are a decent calorie for what you are getting. I wish they had a little more protein as I would eat theme even more if they did. These are great when I am craving some candy. I know they can upset some peoples stomachs, so I would try out a bar and see how you do. I have had no issues with them.

I can eat a whole box, which defeats the purpose. If you have a strict chocolate matron doling out the recommended amount I recommend you stock up. If you dont have a strict matron, I recommend you double up on your stock.

OMG! These are definitely my go to snacks, low carb, low sugar, with fiber, and protein! No guilt! Tastes just like a candy bar! Seriously amazing!!! I boxed a few boxes weekly. I eat one in the mid morning and one after dinner. Im addicted!!
