Audio-Technica ATH-M30x Professional Studio Monitor Headphones, Black

Been using these headphones for about two years now and I can confidently say its the best headphones Ive ever used. Im absolutely in love with them; very crisp sound quality and it really enhances the sounds that play through it. A must buy for sure!

As described. Long chord to move around, noise cancelling, great sound quality. Ears get hot after wearing it for a while.

Great sound, fits comfortably, more than worth the price. I have had more expensive headphones that did not work as well or sound as good.

I had the older model of these, but they were stolen when my house was broken into. Finally got another set of the new model and they have amazing sound quality just as I expected. Less bass than some others, but this prevents a headache and allows for perfectly clear sounds with no distortion. Puts comparable skullcandy to shame.......

After upgrading my home PC from crappy computer speakers to powered studio monitors, I needed an affordable audio solution for my PC at work. The ATH-M30x does not dissapoint. Its comfortable to wear for long coding stretches and the sound quality is excellent with adequate bass and high reproduction. Im not an audiophile, but find these way superior to the budget headphones Ive used in the past. Its worth spending a little extra cash for quality. Its also worth noting, when listening at higher volumes, sound leaks out while these are not on your head, but once you put them on your coworkers wont be able to hear it anymore. I really love Audio technica as they have professional-level products at reasonable prices for enthusiats. I use the AT-2020 condenser mic for recording and love it as well.

Good enough while saving for higher end headphones. A bit more bass, less highs and the midrange is good. Great for everyday listening. Makes music and movies enjoyable with its bass sounds. Probably as pleasing as the M40X. M50X will have more clarity in range but lack some bass in comparison. Comfortable enough, more so than the popular Sony line i.e, Sony MDRV6 which even with its nice range sounds flat.
