> 3 dayi bought this keyboard a couple of months ago, and while the typewriter keys feel and sound amazing, and the RGB effect is excellent, last night I realized my tab key wasnt working and this morning the left shift key no longer functions. I took apart the keyboard, but found nothing stuck in it or no obviously damaged parts. The lights under these keys worked but the keys themselves did not function. Incredibly disappointing, especially, because typing on it was very fun/ I recommend trying another brand that may not be as faulty, or may be more durable. I will say I use it for gaming and have a tendency to really hammer down on key, but losing functioning in a couple of keys so quickly is not acceptable.

Greater than one weekLove the retro look, the clacking sound of the keyboard and the vivid, changeable color light patterns. However, it randomly drops the connection to my laptop. Just typing and suddenly...no input. Have to unplug and plug back in...and then it works fine again. Never had this happen before with any keyboard and it has happened at the most inopportune moments. If youre thinking about purchasing this item, it is a visually cool addition to your setup, but beware of possible random disconnects.

How to switch the mode of the knob?
Long press the knob until the knob LED light OFF: enter the multimedia mode.
Long press the knob until the knob LED light ON: enter the lighting control mode.
Lighting Effect Control
When the LED light of knob is on, the knob is in the light effect control mode:
1.Click the button to switch the light effect mode and store up to 19 lighting effects.
2.Rotate the knob to adjust the brightness.
3.You can customize 3 lighting effects according to your preference through M1/M2/M3 keys. (Refer to the manual）
Media Volume Control
When the LED light of knob is off, the knob is in the multimedia mode:
1.Click the button to mute the function.
2.Rotate the knob to adjust the volume.
