The case looks just like the picture!! I have an HP laptop thats 17.3 inches and it fits perfectly and has maybe a half inch of extra room in there so its not too tight. The zippers are smooth and the texture of the case is smooth and has that memory foam feel to it. I can fit full length folders in the pocket and put my charger in there (bulges out a bit but thats okay) and I just got it today so hopefully the handles dont rip off or anything while Im walking around with it! Its so beautiful. Sapphire blue is my favorite color and this case has it all over!!

Over all, Im happy with this. It is big and soft and seems to be helping keep the computers safe. I was a little surprised there was no hard structure support to them, what with the ability to use with a shoulder strap, but they are working very well and the kids are happy with them

I just received, havent used yet but will update once I try it out.. It feels great & is so pretty. The clasps are plastic (was expecting metal). Seems roomy enough for what I need material is soft so far am happy with it.. Edit 7/18/21: Ive been using over a month now & it has been holding up pretty well. I place my work laptop (which is an older model & much heavier than newer ones) laptop cable and have enough room to fit notebooks, phone & such. The strap is comfortable despite how heavy my laptop is and so far the material has held up nicely..

After buying several computer bags this one is the best!! Lightweight yet fits what I need and is cute. Outside pocket is good and it’s big.

I absolutely love this. The design is beautiful, but the threads are showing where the handles are attached as if they are about to rip through the material. Im going to see how it wears but I dont think it will last long.

It really is a great bag but it is big and the description should have stuck to the 17 inch size. It is too big for the 15 in laptop. Beautiful colors and design.

Love showing it off. Durability remains to be seen after more travel. Lots of room and padding for big laptop but not much more. Could have had more side or inner pockets for basic purse items. UPDATE raised to 5 star rating. Well I found a cleverly hidden side pocket that I can put a book or a sweater for the freezing AC at work. I’ve also found the main compartment more roomy than it originally looked. I’ve used it enough that if it was going to fall apart it would have started.

I got this to give my nephew (a musician) and he loves it. He uses it to carry his music. His cell phone, keys, and wallet fit easily into the front pocket that zips securely. It can be carried like a brief case, cross body, or shoulder bag. All handles are nicely padded. I had been concerned that the bag would have a shiny, plastic-y finish, but its not that way at all. Yes, its made of plastic, but has a nice matte finish which, I feel, makes it look like a higher quality item. Great item and a very reasonable price!
