Aurifil 2692 Mako 50 Wt 100% Cotton Thread, 6,452 Yard Cone Black

I ordered a large cone of black Aurifil thread from this company. When it arrived with a weird defect, I called them. It is rare that a company responds to a complaint the way this man did: he listened without being defensive. And when I finished, he immediately offered to send a new cone at their expense. He lived up to his word — it arrived today and is exactly as advertised. Im a quilter and in my opinion, Aurifil is the best thread.
