AUSTOR Carrying Case for Nintendo New 3DS XL

I have lots of charms on my 3ds which this case doesn’t really accommodate well. But it’s otherwise sturdy, fits several games and has a spot to keep your charger, so I’m happy.

I only have two issues with this. One, the game holders on the ends of the row make it incredibly hard and agitating to get a 3DS cart in and out of it. I feel like Im pulling teeth. Two, they couldve made one side of the divider another 8 cart holder. Other than that, I love the handle. It makes it so much easier to carry around.

Overall, a four-star rating. The good (and its REALLY good!): The case is nicely constructed out of stiff nylon, and gives me plenty of confidence that my New 3DSXL will be perfectly safe under normal travel and use conditions. Note that this is a nylon travel case, and if youre planning on taking your 3DS along on, for example, a camping or rafting trip, youll want to go for something like a Pelican-style hard case. There are enough pockets to hold 16 games without doubling up, so you can carry plenty of gaming with you. The outer zippers appear to be up for the challenge that this case will see in its expected use. There is also a zippered pocket which will hold a screen cleaning cloth, earbuds, and a USB charging cable. The game console pocket fits my New 3DSXL perfectly, and keeps it snugly in place with lots of protection, but its still easy to retrieve when Im ready to play. The bad (and its minor): The zippered accessory pocket on the inside is not deep enough to accommodate the official Nintendo charger. With only the charger in the pocket, a New 3DSXL in the console pocket and no games in the game sleeves, it takes quite an effort close the outer zippers, and I cant help but feel that there are hard parts being squeezed together inside. I can only imagine that this would be even more of a concern with the full complement of 16 games in place, and even more so if the game pockets were doubled up. Currently, I use a 3rd party USB-based charge cable, and that fits fine. Overall, I am a bit surprised that a case designed for the 3DS would have such an obvious flaw. Overall, though, as long as youre not intending the pack the Nintendo charger, all is well!

Fantastic carrying case! So many pockets for games, and the pockets are tight enough to hold them safely while not being too difficult to put cartridges in. My 3DS fit into the compartment meant for it like a glove. The hard outer shell of the case should offer the perfect amount of protection for my DS when Im on the go. I highly recommend this product.

got it for my son and he thinks it is great. It holds a bunch of games and the DS two. Maybe he will lost as many games now that he does not have to hold them in his pockets.

This case is exactly what my son needed and what I wanted him to have. Great quality and fits his 3ds, games and charger. Very happy!

This is almost perfect. I just wish it had a bit more places to put games.
