After the first one being lost in shipment, asked Amazon to send another. It arrived and is exactly what I needed in the event I were to become incapacitated and rescue needed calling. This way they will know to take special care of my child while helping. A must have (for every strap your child has (backpack, seatbelt, etc.) for parents of autistic children.

Great product, looks as advertised! Had ordered a similar tag from a different seller/maker (slightly smaller), but this tag is just as awesome! It is slightly too long for a toddler 5 point harness seat, might be better fit on an older child’s (6+yo) 5 point harness seat. My child is 3.5 and very petite for her age. It is a great product!

Peace of mind having my childs medical needs written down inside the cover. I hope its never needed but the minimal cost to add it to the seatbelt adds far more value that goes beyond a few dollars.

It does its job. Bright enough that first responses would notice it on a car seat strap or seatbelt. Only issue is that the glue from the Velcro dots inside that hold the emergency info pouch doesn’t stand the Texas heat. I’ve had to replace them twice already

We have two cars but only use one for the kid seats. However, we love the option for the easy removal in case we switch cars.

Arrived as described. Easy to use. Easy to install and remove. I highly recommend and encourage! We got 2, one of each car of ours.

It sticks well, doesnt come off easily. Also love that it has a slip for all info needed when needed!
