Why do I have no sound when watching Netflix/Amazon Prime Video?

This projector does not support Dolby sound. If there is no sound, please turn off Dolby sound on the devices or apps.( Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio > Dolby Digital Output > and then turning Dolby Digital (OFF) )

Why can"t I get a rectangular image after the auto correction?

1.Place the projector on a horizontal table and perpendicular to the wall

2.Open "projection"---"automatic keystone", click "OK" button 5 times

3.Click "auto keystone"---select "Auto"---finish(More details refer to QA video)

When first use, Autofocus not working?

1.Place projector on level surface that is perpendicular to the wall.

2.Open "Projection" menu and select "Automatic Keystone". Click "OK" button 5 times.

3.Select "Auto" from the "Auto Keystone" menu.(More details refer to QA video)
