When I first seen this product I was skeptical, but I ordered it anyways to give it a chance. I absolutely love it! I don’t regret this purchase at all! The first thing is the ease of the app interface. You can view the camera, feed your pet, use the mic to talk to them, and even record video. When feeding it asks how many portions you want to feed so that you can choose how much your pet gets, or for multiple pets you can do multiple portions. The camera picture is crystal clear and has night vision! I highly recommend this product.

Updated review. I have been using this feeder for a month and it is working out great. The camera quality is really good even at night. I had some connectivity issues at first but after a reset it worked perfectly. Easy to set up and easy to program.

Great automatic feeding at the same time. I don’t have to worry about getting home on time to feed the dogs. I can also monitor them in the kitchen and even talk to them. Highly recommend this for all pet owners. The camera is clear and always available. My youngest dog loves to watch the feeder fill its bowl.

The dogs love it. So helpful on my busy schedule. I love being able to watch them. The video does have a slight delay but I figure it is my Wifi, as I have other things hooked up also.

Good quality device, set up was easy. Camera is clear. Dispenses food as expected. Does make a clicking sound as it switches from night mode to day mode and under mid range lighting conditions can be a little annoying when it cant decide which to use, but its simple enough to turn off automatic switching if it bothers you.

This machine works wonders. The picture quality is great food quantity selection is perfect. Only thing I wish is that the camera would face the bowl to check for food level. Going to have to think of a contraption to see the bowl. Overall great product.

Our cat simply loves to eat the food which is dispensed through this gadget. Cat seems to be eating more food from this gadget than through a regular bowl which we had. Also helps us monitor the movements of the cat, especially when we are away from home. Some areas where the product can be improved : 1. Have a PTZ camera which can then be zoomed in to the food bowl underneath or other areas of the house. Right now the fixed camera is focused at the floor level, restricting the view. 2. The alert notifications should include a short video clip. Right now its only a still picture. 3. It should be possible to share the alert notification pictures (or videos when available) to others. There is no option to do so right now.

Giving 4 stars because sometimes the food gets stuck and doesn’t fully dispense. It has a plastic almost rubber fan shell that moves to dispense and it gets stuck. Would benefit from stronger material for that piece. But when it is working it’s great, the camera is awesome.
