What a great idea to save even more space...make it a little flatter than the standard umbrella. If you want a tiny umbrella with a fairly big circumference, this one is great and when collapsed, it easily fits in any bag, backpack or glove box. And its the push-button pop open kind of umbrella so youll be able to quick draw this baby before the raindrops hit your head.

Measurements are accurate. Came with a storing sleeve. Push button to open and extend, push again to collapse the umbrella but the telescoping rod needs to be collapsed by hand. Instructions also state the push button collapse can be used if the umbrella becomes inverted from wind.

I live in the south where during the summer there are pretty much chances of pop up showers every day. I prefer not to carry around a large umbrella with me all the time so this one works great. It is compact and lightweight so it fits easily in a purse, laptop bag, in your glove box or in the side of your car door so you can always have it with you. It is small enough width wise to also fit in your pocket, but I am personally not going to carry around an umbrella in my pocket just in case it may rain. It is nice that it is compact and light enough that you could do that if you wanted to though.
