I have to disagree with some of the other reviews. The works perfectly for me. I can lay out my morning and afternoon pills and easily access them. Used it on a recent vacation. Just took the individual days box with me. So much easier.

I have a herniated disc and have been taking A LOT of medications for the pain plus a couple other prescriptions. I take meds 3x a day totaling 25 pills right now and it has been overwhelming to go through every pill bottle on my nightstand every time. This pill box has been perfect and holds all my pills with room for more or for bigger pills like supplements/vitamins. I can easily see if I already took my pills with a quick glance for any time of day, which is nice. I also love the smooth feel of the cases as well as the happy rainbow colors. Im VERY happy I purchased this pill box!

I was hoping that this would be the perfect pill case for me so badly! But the clear outer container doesnt stay latched at all. If I were to throw this is a bag the inner containers would spill out everywhere. I have to use a rubber band to keep the whole thing closed. Really a bummer, its a great idea otherwise.

The size is smaller than others so it should be good for traveling. Im concerned if the clear case will hold up to much pressure. It doesnt shut and stay shut as easy as it should. I didnt notice it only had three compartments for each day, and my old one had four. Luckily the 4 compartment was for only one pill. Thats all on me though for not noticing before ordering. And the compartments on each day close shut and tight unlike the clear case. I have taken a day container several times and it stays closed.

This pill case is well built. It is easy to open and fill or empty, my fingers and hands dont work well so this was important to me. The other reason that I picked this product is you can take that days pills with you in its separate daily container in your pocket or purse if youre a female, Im out and about often. Over all this is a great three times a day pill organizer and you wont be disappointed. I cant speak of longevity because Ive only had this for two weeks. I very rarely write a review, but Im very happy with this purchase so far.
