> 3 dayI ordered the 7-6 slide topper, when I was finished installing it (Instructions were very easy to follow) I noticed a run in the vinyl fabric. I emailed the seller thru Amazon, they responded immediately. They called me at 8:30 on a Monday night from China, less than 48 hours later the replacement vinyl was delivered to my house. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY AGAIN. Also the product is really good quality, very easy to install
