Ill admit that when I first heart about parents using these butt spatulas when I was pregnant I thought it was a bit ridiculous. I was thinking that if youre THAT afraid to touch your childs butt, then maybe you simply arent cut out for parenting... But I stand corrected. The issue this product addresses is not butt-touching, but the fact that diaper cream is very sticky, hard to wipe-off or wash-out of different fabrics, and theres no time to wash your hands in between applying it and then re-dressing your kid during the diaper change process. Before I started using these I was routinely getting diaper cream all over my kids and my clothes, the furniture and other surfaces because I had no time in the melee of the diaper changing process to sufficiently wipe my fingers off post-application before having to touch other stuff to finish the job. These spatulas not only cut down on the mess, but also prevent me from burning through extra diaper wipes to try to get the diaper creme off my fingers. Furthermore, the thin, flexible edge of these spatulas makes it easy to really get the cream up in there (ie. deep in the crack of your kids butt) which is imperative if you want to avoid rashes. I went from a doubter to a believer who would recommend these to any new parent.

Love love love this product. You don’t need as much diaper cream when using this since it’s easy to spread and doesn’t collect on your fingers. Mess free! A quick wipe with a wet wipe after and it’s pretty much as good as new!

This is very helpful in applying cream to baby’s bum when there is a rash! Wipe to cleanse and poof the job is done, no mess. It was recommended to me to add on our baby registry and I Highly recommend this product.

My daughter is 2 and only recently started having rash problems (we had always used cloth and switched to using disposables part time during a stomach bug...we havent been able to kick the redness since...). Well, as a result of her ongoing rash and a potential UTI and her experience with the doctor testing her urine (not fun), she has become extremely sensitive to people touching her, whether the rash is present or not. She fights diaper changes for FEAR of it hurting. Well I got this in hopes that at least while fighting her I wont end up with cream all over myself. Something amazing happened...she didnt even FIGHT the change! It was like having this little tool was different enough from her previous experience that she didnt associate it with the pain. Cream goes on easily, spreads easily, wipes off on a wipee easily and most importantly for me: it was so difficult previously to get cream into the folds of her labia, and I was afraid that the edge of this might hurt her, but its so easy and she doesnt even act like anything is happening! It so easily gets every crevice without pain for her and without the mess for me! Oh, and Im pregnant so fighting a 2 year old on the floor to get cream on her just WASNT an option anymore...so anyone with any sort of mobility issues will appreciate how much easier this product makes diaper changes.

The baby bum brush is a necessity! It’s my go-to gift for baby showers! Not going to lie, as a first time mom, I thought it was ridiculous because I would just use my finger..... until I used it and omg you have to have it. Makes diaper changes so much quicker, easier and CLEANER. It spreads diaper cream on evenly and smoothly and keeps my hands clean to finish the diaper change. Then you just clean it off with a wipe and suction it to the dresser and it’s ready for the next change. BUY IT!! I have it at home and a mini in my diaper bag :)) best invention

This is a must have for every person who is going to be changing a diaper. It may seem silly, but once you actually use one, you will wonder why you ever went without it. Every baby shower I go to, I put one of these bad boys in there. Who wants diaper rash cream under your fingernails or worse, bacteria from your hands going on your babys bum? Absolute genius idea.

Yes, this is a silly product... Until you experience the joy of getting all the diaper cream onto the baby and having clean hands to finish the diaper change. Plus, its a bit like frosting a cake, which is funny when you consider an alternate meaning for cake. Just a fun product. Buy it.

Love using it to apply the diaper cream on our new born. Its very soft and flexible and easy to get into all the babys creases. We liked it so much that we got a second one to keep in our diaper bag. Strongly recommend it!

This is a great and handy item to have when changing diapers. It makes it easy to spread diaper cream or aquaphor during changes. You clean with a wipe when you are done. My only disappointment was the base is a suction cup which doesn’t really stick to much.
