We have wood and tile floors so a must have for us …we were using a quilt on the floor but now our baby is starting to roll and we needed something more cushion for protection of her head. Also nice support for parents to sit and kneel on!

Greater than one weekWe love it! Its so thick that I can play while sitting on it without getting hurt! Its not for you if youre picky about details like those tiny wrinkles. Its considerably larger than I anticipated, with lots of space for toys!

> 3 dayThis play mat is a comfy thickness but not so thick that it gets cumbersome when folded and put away. It comes in a nice little carrying bag and is easy to fold and put in the bag. The mat itself is VERY NICE. One side has bright colors and cute pictures with the alphabet and pictures of the things that start with that letter. The other side is a more calm mountain scene. Both sides have raised texture which will help prevent slips but added bonus is the fact that the raised texture is numbers and letters. I can see a fun play date when we put paper over the numbers and letters and use a crayon to rub their images onto the paper. The surface is easily wipeable which is a bonus, since kiddos = mess. Overall, a REALLY NICE play mat !!!!

> 3 dayI love this baby mat. Its perfect for little movers and will also be great enough for tummy time. Its nice and cushiony, folds easily and compact for easy storage, and cleans easily. I put this inside my extra large play pen with some small balls and my little girl had the time of her life.
