> 3 dayWe needed safety latches to keep our dog from opening the doors to the attic and cellar. These worked perfectly - easy to install and easy to use - one hand, no fuss!

> 3 dayReally liked these child locks. I had bought other ones and those broke very easily but these I’ve had for months and didn’t break

> 3 daySince the inside of my cabinets arent constructed to hold the interal locks or the magnetic locks, I thought these would be the next best thing although I was skeptical of the adhesive. The adhesive is good and maybe too good because when I realized it wouldnt keep the cabinets closed as much as I wanted and almost made it worse for my little one who could now open the door just enough to get her fingers stuck I decided to remove them. I followed the instructions to heat the adhesive for 2+ minutes with a hair dryer and even still after all that they pulled off almost perfect squares of paint on our newly repainted kitchen cabinets. I know have to have the doors refinished so they dont look a mess. Id opt for something else that doesnt adhere to the exterior surface that can damage the finish.

> 3 dayI LOVE these. I dont have any kids, but what I do have is a very determined German Shepherd who would get into the trash no matter what I did to deter her. I got a can with a lid, I got a can with a heavy lid and foot mechanism, I put things on top of the lid. Nothing worked. Id always come home to kitchen trash on the ground. I thought it was hopeless. Then, as I was browsing through Amazon, these popped up, and I thought Id finally found a solution to my problems. I put them on the trash trash can and also on the trash can I converted into a dog food storage container, and never once since having added these have I come home to trash on the ground. My only recommendation if you choose to use this for the same purpose, is to put the longer part of the latch on the lid, and the part that holds the strap in place when closed on the body of the trash can. I did it both ways and this way is substantially easier when it comes to closing the lid as it prevents the straps from being trapped in the trash can. I was just too excited when I applied them the first time to think ahead.

> 3 dayThese work well and are adjustable and easy to open cabinets and drawers for adults. When adjusting the strap to install, if you accidentally lock the length before you mean to, you can reopen with a screw driver. Instructions say you cant readjust after locking into place, but I found this trick to work.

> 3 dayGreat product. They haven’t came off the cabinets and when or if they eveually do, they give you extra stickies. They keep the little one out
