I ordered the 0-6 months hat in pink for my daughter when she was 4 months. It fit her great then. She is now almost 7 months and it still fits. Her head was in the 90th percentile at 6 months… so maybe the hat runs slightly big for normal headed babies. I just ordered the white in 9-18 months to use this summer in case she outgrows the pink one. I like that it is not a big floppy hat like some of the other baby sun hats.
