> 3 dayAs far as bouncers go, this one is amazing. It bounces great with just leg motion from the baby. The only detraction I have is that it is a blow out creating machine. The angle and pressure of the seat causes the poo to explode up the back, creating a dire situation.

Greater than one weekWe bought this for its quality. It doesn’t work magic over our baby but it’s fine to put her down in while we eat dinner or our arms are dead from holding her. She’ll last no more than 10-15 minutes before she’s over it.

> 3 dayThis was our best purchase of early babyhood. It seriously changed our lives for the better. My baby would cry unless in motion and this chair made it so I could keep him in motion with just my toe. Before the chair I was having to bounce him on a yoga ball or have an inconsolable baby. Baby, husband, and I were all losing our minds. It’s worth every single penny. We have a swing and another bouncer that we were gifted...our kid hates them. He’s a little older now and still loves the chair. Luckily, it has multiple level settings so it will fit him for a long time still. It’s portable and goes to daycare with him everyday. The cover washes well. I can’t recommend it enough.

> 3 dayGiven that infant chairs and rockers are available for much much less ( $26 and up) I was very skeptical of buying this at $200. I ultimately decided to try it because others I tried werent suitable for newborns who cannot hold their necks up yet. My babys head, neck and spine would slouch in those chairs and she would be uncomfortable. However, BabyBjorns bouncer bliss is truly an amazing bouncer chair, and, being the only one of its kind, is worth the premium. We got it when my daughter was 6 weeks and it was perfect for her posture even then! No slouching head, or spine. I also prefer the natural bounce of this bouncer, versus battery operated motorized ones. My daughter could gently rock it by her own movements even when she was 6 weeks old. Now she is four months and vigorously rocks it with her own kicks. She loves it! Its light, which makes it very portable. We travel with it all the time for overnight trips. Only con - the frame though sturdy is light. It would bend out of shape if subjected to too much force. Bottomline - this bouncer is perfect for newborns who cannot hold their heads, unlike other chairs where their head and spine slouch, and great if you prefer the natural bounce of a rocker resulting from the infants own movements. However, if you are shopping for an infant who can hold her neck up (3-4 months or older) and are happy with a batter operated rocker, then less expensive chairs may suffice.

> 3 dayDuring the first 6 weeks of my new born. The bouncer was just collecting dust and useless. As the fog started to lift and babys neck started to stiff. It became an essential part of the daily routine of eat, sleep, play. By 12th week, we couldnt imagine not having the bouncer to place the baby in. While we had to supervise the baby during tummy time and reading time. We can slack off a little while she occupied herself in the bouncer with an attached toy bar. At 13 weeks, she learned that she could rock herself by kicking her legs. The bouncer was incorporated into an essential part of her self soothing routine before every sleep/nap. We had a cheaper bouncer before not only the cheaper one was dangerous, it wasnt self soothing. We were glad we spent the money and bought this one for peace of mind and its being used so much it paid for itself.

> 3 dayWe take this bouncer EVERYWHERE and use it frequently! I love that you can wash the cover, there are three different seat heights & that thud bounce is light and folds flat so it’s easy to transport. IMO it’s well worth the cheddar

> 3 dayWe hesitated buying this initially as we had received a different brand of rocker (via the registry) which was a lot cheaper (wont name it). That rocker design seemed just fine design wise, our lil one just did not like it, something about the way it seated her and the positioning as to what she can see, she outright hated it! We tried for at least 3 weeks every day and it just wasnt working for her. We struggled for those initial days with this other rocker to have her relax to go to sleep as she generally fought sleeping during the day. We were reluctant about BabyBjörn purely based on the price point. But we decided to get it and was one of the best thing weve ever purchased for her...we bought this when she was about a month and half old but she LOVES it! I really dont have anything negative to say neither did our lil one :) Like I said, price point seemed high, but seeing the smile and comfort it brought to our lil one, absolutely no regrets! We use it to feed her and it helps her fall asleep. We DO NOT leave there for long, just enough for her to close her eyes, and we put her in her crib. Before we had this, it was very hard to fall asleep as she would fight her sleep but BabyBjörn has a smooth rocking feel, helps her hit those zzzzs pretty quickly. Anyhow, this was worth the money in our case!

Greater than one weekMy Baby really likes this bouncer. It’s been great but it’s starting to make a squeaky noise which worries me. I’ve only had it for about three months my baby is only 4 months old.
