Everything is perfect ! Durability excellent. I carry my laptop, several files and everything I keep in my purse, only one bag to lug back and forth every day to work, I’ve had it a couple months now and it has withstood the test !!! Highly recommend

I was gifted this laptop bag for Christmas, and it is really nicely made. I got the pink color and it is very roomy, you can fit a lot in there. Fast forward a little less than a month later and I noticed that one of the clips that attaches the strap to the bag has broken. I reached out to the company to let them know and see if I could order a replacement strap. After a couple steps like getting the order number, sending a couple of photos.... they replaced my bag. Their customer service is awesome, I highly recommend! The bag is really nice and I feel like its very well made. Only of the clips was broken so I think it was just a faulty clip. Otherwise the metal pieces are a pretty rose gold color and feel sturdy.

This is the best laptop bag I have had! Gorgeous materials, well built, easy to clean and secures laptop effortlessly. So many pockets for anything you could need to travel. Havent even had to extend bag yet for larger size. Highly recommend.

Put youre stuff in it and youre on youre way. Yup...its a bag. Holds stuff. Didnt buy for me but the person who uses it loves it and her sister requested one as well. Could be pinker. Tis a bag. Buy it.

I have had this bag for a year now, tossing it in my car everyday for work, and it is in great shape. I just got asked last week if I got a new laptop bag... I get many compliments on it and it holds my huge 16in mac book!! Totally worth the buy!

Great Bag, I love it. I gave it 4 stars for durability because it is a cloth material. I just wish they had this style bag in a leather or faux leather
