I am using this for a 15.6 inch laptop. I think it might be small for a real 17 inch laptop

Bought this for my husband. He has 2 laptops, an iPad, 3 phones, all the charging accessories as well as a binder and notebooks plus pens and such. He was able to comfortably fit it all in this bag without issue. He is very hard on things and says it is durable so far and worth it. Overall very happy with our purchase!

I was looking for something to take my office with me to a coffeeshop or making a trip to the in-laws. I was SHOCKED any how much room this bag has. Thats why I only gave it a 4 for travel. You can put so much stuff in there it can get HEAVY. I had my 14 inch MacBook pro,(personal) with a Xebec tri screen, my work 16 inch mack book pro, my iPad pro with magic keyboard, all the cable and power supplies, extra cables and chargers for everything (not OEM, I get the small ones with a lot of wattage that can handle many devices at once, including my apple watch, vape battery. I was able to put a full size note pad in along with a clip board, my AirPods maxs and just yesterday I found another pocket to put a journal and current book I am reading. and wait theres more........It EXPANDS. I literally took my office and put it in this bag. and I mean entire office. Post its, pens, cables, mouse, eye drops, emergency med and with all of that I had to expand to leave the house, but if I just have my personal stuff, no ned to expand. Just load up and go. I would not call this a commuter bag as it doesnt have a lot of cushion and if you got hard protective cases for both laptops, it would be VERY bulky. I have my personal one with the covers and it goes in a soft case if I leave the house but my office is in the basement, so I can take all the personal stuff with me without an issue. So far I love this thing. The Price was fantastic as well.

I bought this for someone else and they love all the space inside the bag!!

I didnt realize this could be an actual complaint but, the hardware on this bag jangles and is very distracting. Its a decent bag but holy crap is it annoying to walk with. It sounds like Im carrying a bag of sleigh bells. I am not looking for ward to carrying this thing through the airport...

My husband got one of these as a work bag and it has been perfect for carrying his laptop and several other files and folders for his job. We have also used this on two different flights as his personal bag and he was able to put a lot into it. One flight he had to move many things into it because the checked bag was too heavy and even stuffed, the bag held up well. The color on his bag is beautiful(blue) and I have since gotten one as well which also had a great color (green). There are several organizational pockets and it slides easily into a rolling luggage handle.

Was worried that my laptop wouldnt fit into the pocket, but it definitely does, with a little room to spare, (about an inch horizontal/vertical). My laptop is 17x13, and fits just nicely, as the pictures show. You could probably fit an 18x14 in there, albeit snugly. So for anyone with a laptop with the hinge forward design/extra heatsink space, and 18x14 and below, then this particular bag is the one for you.

I picked up this bag for school. I teach high school and needed a bag that could store a laptop, clipboard, some folders, pens and my planning book. This little bag can do all of this. Plenty of storage for everything I need to travel between classrooms. My only complaint is that the padding on the shoulder strap doesnt really have any grip and feels slippery at times when carrying it. I open and close this back many times during the day and the zippers show no signs of wear. The Velcro on the inside computer strap may be starting to wear, but it is likely that I use this more than it was designed. I recommend this bag for anyone wanting one that is smaller in size with lots of storage.

This bag has a lot more storage than I was expecting and I do like it, but the smell was horrible. I had to open every compartment and keep it in front of a fan for hours as well as wipe the whole thing down with a Clorox wipe, yet the smell still lingers. I thought about sending it back, but its still a pretty good bag. I really dont know how I feel about it.

This is the best padded bag for carrying a laptop computer for travel, business and school Ive ever owned. This well made (yes, still made in China) and expandable water-resistant polyester cloth bag also affords plenty of room for additional accessories like an AC power charger/adapter, mouse, external CD/DVD player, headphones, and tablet, as well as pens, folders, small binders, work and reference documents, etc. My 17 laptop easily fits inside the computer compartment. There are an abundance of compartments and pockets inside and out. You could even carry a few essential clothing items in the expanded section to have if your checked luggage is lost during your flight. The bag has sturdy lockable metal zippers (using a small lock that you must provide), includes an adjustable padded shoulder carrying strap, and is available in several colors. The sealed EVA foam padding is approximately a half inch thick and provides protection to the back of the bag and Velcroed computer compartment as shown in the listing. The only two very minor issues I have are: None of the interior pockets have zippers or Velcro flaps, so it is possible that smaller items like small portable external hard drives and thumb drives could come out of the pockets and get lost inside the bag or fall out of the bag during use, and the carry handles cannot be strapped together for ease of carrying and additional strength. There is a small zippered front pocket that could be used to carry external drives and other small items, but this pocket isnt padded for protection. Even with the minor issues, I highly recommend this bag for travel or carry on use and have ordered another for the wife! The quality and price of this bag blow the others out of the water!
