I enjoy using this bag.. it holds my 15inch laptop and books. It’s very sturdy as I have been using it for over 6months and it’s still standing.

This backpack is very functional, has a well thought out design with good pockets and a wide opening to access items in the bag. Its soft, and pretty cute. HOWEVER: these cheap companies selling in Amazon need to not attempt to slap their branding on their products. Its extremely ugly, looks very cheesy, and nobody wants to walk around an airport or a mall trying to look chic with BAGSMART plastered across their bag. Come on. I thought I could remove it, but it sure is on there good. It might be an item to send back, based on that aspect alone. If walking around with cheap branding on your bag doesnt bother you, then hey, go for it. It would be awesome if not for that.

I had been struggling to carry things to my office, especially in winter when I need my hands free for balance on slippery surfaces. I saw an ad for this bag and thought for the price of just under $30 I would give it a try. This bag is great so far for taking everything I need to my office. I can fit large water bottles, all my usual purse items, and put my iced coffee which is in a tervis cup, in the side pocket for beverages. I love how wide it opens so I can easily reach the bottom, unlike other backpacks. The zippers are smooth, however I need two hands to open the main compartment as you had to hold the tab and pull the zipper. There is also no zipper interior pocket, which I would prefer for storing masks. However, this will fit my tablet and everything else for my daily commute to my office, and for the price it seems great!

Love this Bag! Fits my computer perfectly, plus several other items. The bag itself was bigger than expected, which is a good thing, as I other items I use with my laptop. So far, so good...& keeps everything safe. The color is Beautiful too!

I bought this for an Alaskan cruise i am going on in September. So i have not used it yet. It is soft and not stiff. Which i was looking for. Roomy. Strength looks good. Stylish. I am happy with it so far. My concern is strength. We shall see. But feel it will be good.

I like the backpack. This was a replacement for one that is no longer made. I bought specifically to transition from daily use to business travel. Too many pockets that are ineffective and the worst issue is the strap on the back for luggage does not work if you have anything in the backpack. Too tight with no give. So it is ineffective and it slides all over the top of luggage if not attached by the strap which make navigating impossible. I will keep for daily use but will never bring on travel trips again.

I don’t like the frame around the opening. It makes it difficult to open it up enough to reach inside. I wanted to use it as a diaper bag, but my husband said it’s too feminine. It has lots of storage though, but maybe still a little too small for a diaper bag in the main compartment.

Wonderful quality, able to carry so much without difficulty closing or misshaping bag.

It’s very spacious, and lightweight. Perfect for college and carrying textbooks and electronics
