It does everything as advertised. Pops fully open. Pops shut trapping the wet side inside. It is well built.

Very easy to use, love the concurrence of it. Actually allot sturdier than I thought just try and use it when it’s not ridiculously windy.

looks good and solid, but breaks very fast

I’m glad I made the purchase. The umbrella blocks the sun really well and opens and closes well. It is automatic open and close so you just have to press the button. I’m not sure what issue some people are having with closing function (maybe not pressing the button?). I’m not sure how durable it will be yet but it feels sturdy. I’ll take care to not be rough with it and hopefully it will last.

The umbrella fell apart completely after just three months of use. I had to throw it away because the components were all broken. Avoid it. Dont waste your time and money.

I am really impressed and happy with this umbrella. Completely blocks all sun penetration - not even a hint of sunlight comes through. Out of curiosity, I compared the sun blockage to other umbrellas I had around the house (both black in color by the way) and there is no comparison to how much better this Baodini umbrella is for sun blocking. Moreover, it is well built with a quality feel to it, and it is perfectly sized - not too big or small. Im certain it will work perfectly for its more conventional application of rain protection, of course. Well done on product design. I just purchased a second one today.

Works as expected but a little difficult to lock back into place once collapsed

It springs open really quickly Not sure how long that mechanism will stay strong. Handle seems fragile but time will tell. Overall a nice umbrella seems to protect fabric is different

I bought this because it was written a reverse folding umbrella and when I received I did not open it and took it with me when travelled . When I needed it I found it a regular and not a reverse folding umbrella and by that time the return period was over and I was in an other country.

It’s sturdier than most UV umbrellas but is a tad bit heavy. I also wish they had more colors like red or orange.
