> 3 dayThe sign arrived quickly and as described. It’s light weight and easy to hang. Note that each letter has a separate switch on the back to light and requires its own batteries. I tested one of the letters and hung them only to realize after that the “B” wouldn’t light. I contacted the company and they responded immediately and sent a replacement right away. Defective items are bound to happen and was very pleased to find such great customer service! Highly recommend!

> 3 dayThis would have been a wonderful addition to my party except one of the battery coils in the B was misaligned and had to be fixed. Also, the third letter R was not bright white it was rainbow and looked strange next to the bright white letters. Lastly, I requested a refund and have been waiting for processing for weeks. I will not order from this vendor again.

> 3 dayThe dimensions on the description are WAY misleading as well as the photo of the brick bar with the signs on it.... it makes it look like they really are 23 inches high. But they are not... My bad for not reading everything fully where it describes each individual letter but the photos are misleading. Not cool.
