It could’ve just been us and simply a toddler, but it broke right away sadly. The customer service was quick and great.

My daughter loved the umbrella. Just as cute in person. One of the poles did break but customer service was so great and got me out a replacement no hassle and quickly at that. Probably one of the best experiences having to get an item replaced. All around great buy.

Original shipment came with a defective product but seller was quick to send a replacement and promised at least 6 months of defect free usage. Considering a 3 year old is using the product, the quality promise is good enough to me!

It arrived about a week ago. Opened up the umbrella today because it is raining and my daughter loved it. Went to close it and a few of the ribs & stretcher (the inside wires) broke. So upsetting. It is a cute umbrella but a waste of money. She only used it for a few minutes before it broke.

Lasted about 3 uses before it broke. Not worth the price.

I just love this umbrella my baby has autism and she struggled opening umbrellas, this was extremely easy for her to use and I am extremely happy with this purchase.

Cute, good size, seems good quality... Havent used in rain yet.

My five year old loves this umbrella. I bought it as part of a very extra advent calendar that we do every year. Its so fun for hopping in puddles and playing during a rainy day!

Bought item for Christmas for my child. Broke the first time we opened. Amazon sent another, the. That one broke 3rd time we used. Now it’s outside the return window. Save your money don’t buy….
