I got this for my baby the delivery ppl left it on my porch in front of the door and someone stole it amazon replaced it free of charge and it was easy set up my baby enjoyed it so much she still plays with it

This is the second Barbie house I have purchased, the first was in 2011 and it was by far worth every penny. My girls still have it, I purchased this one because it was something new and looked fun. The 2011 model makes so many sounds, is sturdy and the accessories are by far sturdier and have held up. This model is flimsy, comes with minimal accessories, and a piece by the slide snapped when I was putting it together. I would have never paid almost $200 for this if I knew it was cheap and flimsy. It is also a very awkward size with the slide sticking out far in the back, you will need a lot of room for this house. It would be impossible to take apart at this point so we will keep it. My daughters have enjoyed it in the past 24 hours but it wont hold up like the 2011 model we have. I wish now I had purchased a KidKraft princess dollhouse.

For starters it was way overpriced for what you get and the quality. We put it together on Christmas Day but it was a few weeks later when my granddaughter put water in the pool. Guess what?? It started leaking. When we inspected it we found a small crack. But now it’s past the return date. We don’t want a new house; we just want the pool replaced. My granddaughter is so disappointed because her barbies can’t swim. I wish how I knew how to go about getting it replaced.

I gave this to my granddaughter for her 5th birthday and she loved it. She plays with it all the time. It is her favorite toy!

I order this Barbie Dream House for my daughter for Christmas(which is next week) It is huge!! However there is a crack in the bottom piece which is directly underneath the pool. I am not sure who I need to contact to get a replacement piece. This was way too expensive for there to be any damage.

My daughter absolutely loves this doll house.
