I bought the helmet few months ago for my son. Its a nice looking helmet, lightweight, and feels secure on the head. Recently, the straps frayed and that unfortunately means the helmet became unusable. I contacted customer service and within only a few days, I received a new helmet! Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend and buy more helmets from this company again in the future.

Ratchet on the back broke after a few months use.

After 5th used ( 20 minutes each time) the battery of the light went out. I still unable to find a way to change it :-(

This was a replacement when my kid outgrew his other helmet. He thinks it is comfortable, easy to adjust size, and works as expected. Luckily I cant testify to how well it protects his melon, as he hasnt crash tested it yet, but it seems pretty sturdy.

One of the visor holes was pushed in, and we could not snap the visor into place, it just stays sticking out. We didnt return cause the rest of the helmet was great and worked fine.
