After 3 uses the suitcases roll sideways and the zippers are starting to pull apart. This is very unfortunate as my sisters and I got this luggage as a gift for our mother as her retirement gift. She has checked the largest bag twice and it no longer rolls straight. The carry on is the bag that zipper is messed up on and she obviously carries the bag on. I’m very disappointed in the quality of the bag due to the cost of the bag.

The packaging was very good. The quality looks amazing. Inside was nice as well.

Hi I’m in a bit of a bind. I took the large bag On its first trip from miami to La as I saw it on the carousel I also saw all my items spilled out. The zipper had broke and I lost quite a few things. So here I am in LA not sure what to do. I have to get home with A suitcase somehow because this one I can’t use now. Please advise. Thank You for your prompt attention to This matter !
