Not Compatible with MacBook pros.. First, you need to call tech support to connect your computer with the printer so they can communicate with each other in order to print something. Then after that, you still have to go through all these time-consuming obstacles on the laptop just to print a label. not worth it

Had to do a lot of configuration and waste a bunch of labels but finally got it to work. Only issue is I cant get it to do 300dpi. Other than that its a good printer.

No product support from manufacturer. Tried multiple drivers and still couldnt get the labels to format correctly. Impossible to get tech support. Directions are not clear. I returned it.

I print roughly 2000 labels per year. I was using a standard 8.5 x 11, Two (2) per page sheet labels on a laser printer. I needed something more economical. After searching and researching, I choose this, the BCL110 4 x 6, ethernet/USB label printer. It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The installation was like any printer being installed on a Windows PC, after first installing the drivers of course. You download the drivers from the website. The printer prints extremely fast and because it is thermal printing, there is no chance for the labels to be washed out if they get wet. This is a bonus. With the ethernet capability, I can locate the printer why from the PC. Pros: Compact size Reasonable price Ethernet and USB connection Waterproof labels No need to buy printer ink Roll stock or fan-fold labels are economical Fast printing, extremely fast Great print quality Cons: 203 DPI, but is looks much crisper than that. So, not much of a con. Could improve on the user instructions

Super easy to use! I bought this to print off Etsy shipping labels, and it took me a few minutes to figure it out, but tech support was fast and it was pretty intuitive after that. I’m thrilled with this piece! Slightly nervous because of the lack of reviews, but I’m so happy with this product!

Unlike most other label printers I have used, this one installs easy and the drivers work well with Windows 10 and the Microsoft Office apps. Excellent print quality, very fast, great price. It also adjusts to new label sizes without wasting a handful of labels.
