be quiet! BGW34 Pure Base 500 Window Black, ATX, midi tower computer case, tempered glass window, two preinstalled fans

Ive been searching a lot for a new case for my upgrade and settled for 500dx as it ticket a few boxes, mainly specific measurements to fit my desk, airflow, build quality and 360mm front AIO.

Boitier pratique, beau et agréable dutilisation mais le produit que jai reçu a été légèrement abimé au niveau de la vitre trempée. Un peu dommage pour un boitier à ce prix...

I was looking for a mid-tower case that supported a top side air cooler. RGB was not factored at all in the decision making. I did a lot of research and this one always got good reviews. I was pleasantly surprised, when I started assembling, at the well thought out design. It was very easy to route all cables and to manage them in the back space provided. I loved the PSU backplate because after putting it all together I realized that I needed another sata power cable put onto the module. It took less than two minutes to get the PSU out, cable attached and back into the case. I am not a real fan of RGB but I find this setup to be simple and elegant enough to leave on. There is a button on top to turn it off if I so please. Also the air flow seems to be superior because the temperature has lowered by 3 or 4 degrees C and has become more stable even at idle. The noise Level is no less than any other case that I have used. If there is one wish that I would have it would be have more external inputs up front. There is only 1 type connector and 1 USB 3.0.

Fazit: Ein wuchtiges, neutrales aber dennoch sehr schönes und sehr leises Gehäuse, dass ich jederzeit wieder kaufen würde.

So I got a little bored in lockdown and the arthritic wheezing of the fans on my old case were beginning to drive me to distraction.

Cool, quiet, easy to work on ,looks good and for what you get {including 2 really good fans} it is great value.

Perfect case, first time I got the case it was bashed in on the top panel, they sent me a new case right away and I got it the very next day other than that its a great case to build in.
