I really DO NOT LIKE the scent but it’s washes and conditions very well. Makes beard manageable for sure.

Its a decent Wash and Conditioner for beards. The Sandalwood scent is somewhat strong, but not overpowering or overwhelming. The Wash does what its supposed to - washes. The Conditioner is what I find the best in this combo. After 2 or 3 minutes, your beard will go from crunchy to being as soft as a cloud. Follow it up with a good beard oil/balm and your beard will thank you.

Bought my fiance this as a gift for Fathers day 2 years ago. It is the only kind he will use now! Ive never had an issue and weve ordered at least 5x. The medium size bottles last about 4 months. He says sandlewood is definitely the best scent, but I also enjoyed the peppermint & eucalyptus scent. Oh, and his beard is definitely much much softer now!

So like many guys I stopped shaving during lockdown, but never quite grew a full beard. A few months ago I took the leap and grew a full beard. I shave my head so I had to utilize my wifes shampoo and conditioner. That didnt seem to work well. So I purchased Vikings shampoo, conditioner, beard brush and comb. Boy did these few items make a huge difference! After just a few uses my beard is softer and more manageable. And I love the feeling I get using the brush. I had been using Harrys for my mancare supplies, but I am switching to Viking for my supplies.

Seems to be good! First time using a shampoo & conditioner on the beard and Im pleasantly surprised. After the first wash I noticed an immediate increase in softness as my beard is pretty wiry. I cant really smell much which I guess is okay because I do have a tendency to get overstimulated by strong scents so Im cool with that. Havent used long enough to see if its caused any acne in the surrounding areas or skin irritation but if it does, Ill make sure to come back and note it.

I notice that a lot of beard related products are expensive nowadays, and this was one of the less expensive options out there that still used good ingredients and had good reviews. Right off the bat, the scent is great. Its fresh while still masculine so no one will think their 70 year old aunt is behind them. The shampoo has a nice lather and rinses off easily in the shower. The conditioner is also good. It still wasnt a magic solution to my beard dandruff, so if you also have these issues Id recommend looking into a beard oil or similar products. My gripe is the bottles themselves. I left the conditioner cap open which dried out the product in the opening and blocked it off completely. So Ive had to untwist the cap to squeeze out product since I havent bothered to find something to unblock it. The viscosity of both products doesnt help when youre running low and you really have to shake and squeeze to get some on your hand. You might call it nit-picking but it still annoys me.

So I have actually been using this product since October of last year. I have fully used an entire kit and I must say I love this product. I gave myself time to use before review. This beard wash kit is great. I had really bad flaking and dry skin behind my beard and extremely hard hairs. This product, when used properly, eliminated my dry skin and over time softened the hairs to the touch. I use the product twice a week so as to not over wash and remove natural oils. The smell is not overbearing. Infact by the time you get out of the shower its practically gone. I did have a problem with another of their products, a different fragrance, and it just wasnt for me. I contacted their customer service on their website, and not only did they offer to send me a scent I knew was fine, but they shipped it next day and I didnt miss a wash! Their customer service level is superior. Every company should take notice. I would recommend their products to anyone with a beard regiment or anyone looking to start one.

I was looking for a very good quality air conditioner because my beard is very scruffy and as it gets longer, it is more difficult to manage. I saw the thousands of positive reviews on this product and decided to give it a try. After two weeks of daily use all I can say is meh. Yes, it conditioned my beard but so does the cheap stuff I bought at the supermarket. I don’t know what all these raving reviews are about? the scent is OK and that’s about it. For what you get it is way over priced.

Wonderful scent and rich lather and conditioner. Only complaint is the bottles. The plastic is so thick and strong, it is very difficult to squeeze.

I used to only use the shampoo and conditioner for my beard that is used for my hair. THAT WAS A MISTAKE!! I struggled with a dry itchy beard that constantly gave me grief. I washed, brushed, and oiled my beard almost everyday but it was always so itchy. After my first use of Viking beard wash and conditioner I felt a difference immediately. My beard is no longer itchy and dry. It makes my beard soft and easy to maintain without having to use beard balm to keep it flat and clean. Do not make the same mistake I did by using my regular shampoo for your beard, use Viking instead. I promise that you will not be disappointed. Also, it smells great too!
