> 24 hourWas excited to find a backpack after spending countless hours trying to find the right one for me to use as I commuted between my appointments on my scooter; so disappointed. If it wasn’t for the easy return id have given less than 3 stars. It’s not the cutest in design either like pictures make you think it is and it has an alright amount of space. Definitely need to own pouches to keep pens and whatnot organized though. Loved it had a charging port area but within 5 days of use it was fraying as you see pictured. I suggest finding something else.

> 24 hourI was looking for a smaller (but just as functional as my 10 year old college backpack) bag for going out with baby. Laptop/notebook pockets are perfect to fit 6+ diapers and 2 packs of wipes. The quick reach opening on the side was great to easily grab books without opening from the top. Attached a pic of what I usually pack. And this bag actually holds more! Perfect for our international trip we just took with baby.

> 24 hourMy purse was too uncomfortable on my shoulder as I cary too much stuff. This was a good change. Looks nice. I get a lot of compliments on it. I put a rechargeable battery pack in the pocket and never have to worry about a dead phone. Nice organization.

> 24 hourWhen open fully the backpack sits independently which is great if you are holding a child and looking for something inside

> 24 hourI love the color of this bag, the hidden pockets and the fact that you can charge your items without taking them out of the bag. I feel like I could use 1 more pocket but what I have done was just place all my pens and scissors (I use it to mainly carry my nursing essentials) in a pouch and just throw the whole thing inside. I use the inside side pocket for lotions, large pocket for the laptop, and the one in front for my chargers. Outside side pockets I use for water bottles and if I am in a place I trust the wallet goes in the outside pocket. If was in the airport or traveling I wouldnt put anything of value in this area. I love the way the bag opens and closes but find it hard to close sometime because it will open up if you dont keep your hand on it while zipping. Their is definitely enough room to 2-3 outfits inside if you are taking a quick trip. The straps are comfortable and you can easily attach to your rolling luggage. I plan to buy 2 more for my kids to use for school.

> 24 hourRoomy despite its average size. Used it as a carry on for my flight and wore to Walt Disney World for a week. The straps were not the most comfortable when it had a heavier load in it. But as a smaller duty bag, unlike larger travel backpacks with big wide straps and chest buckle, I was pleased and not dissapointed as I knew this when ordering. When it had regular load in it it was quite fine to wear. Im also seeing it would make a nice bag to carry my current small knitting project around. The interior is smooth and the top opens nice and wide.

> 24 hourGot this backpack for my 10-year-old daughter for her 5th grade year. It only lasted 2 months before the main zipper completely busted. Such a shame because everything else was perfect and we love the open top design.

> 24 hourI bought this as my carryon for an overnight flight. It worked perfect. It was comfortable. It opened wide with a wide bottom so it held a lot. I loved all the pockets.
