> 24 hourCouldnt ask for more from this product, it works exactly as it says and it stiffened things up a bit for my CR-10S pro. Instructions were perfectly adequate and packaging was good.

> 24 hourI really like these braces. They are very solid and the quality is better than expected considering they’re Chinese. Only wish they came in other colors. Minus a star for one color only China Red.

> 24 hourI had originally printed some braces but found it affected my build volume. These don’t as they sit on the outside of the frame. In terms of print quality, honestly I haven’t seen much of a difference in z banding or other tall prints. But it is nice for when you want to move the printer to have a very stiff frame that isn’t flexing.

> 24 hourIt would have been fine but two of the screw holes on either end of the rods are not tapped properly. As mentioned by another customer that you should use nylon washers to prevent the fisheye bolt from rubbing up against the rod. Keep in mind that this is cast aluminum as well. Its plenty rigid but the screw threads are easy to strip if youre not careful when screwing in the bolts.

> 24 hourIf youre like me, you do 3d printing as a hobby. Either not often, or on and off. Problem becomes, since its mainstream now, innovation is coming faster than new models. I bought a cr-10s right before the pandemic, because I would be working from home and needed a distraction. Well times change and Innovation waits for no one. The baseline function of these bars is simple. You attach them on the top and bottom so that the carriage does not wobble as much, pushing all that movement down, keeping your prints from warping, ringing, and failing. These do their job. Theyre a little confusing to instal, but if you built a 3d printer, you can attach these. All in all, 10/10 no flaws.

> 24 hourBefore you install, put a 2mm plastic washer in between each of the eye bolts and the L brackets. If you dont, the threads of the eye bolt get pressed up against the L bracket and damage the paint. If it werent for this oversight, this product would definitely be 5 stars.

> 24 hourReally like these frame braces and the anodizing looks great as well! Unfortunately, if you want to install an additional Z axis servo drive to increase the printers precision you will need to remove them as there is no way to keep them installed due to the jack screw top mount bracket needed for the 2nd servo motor install. Brace do increase frame rigidity significantly to the point that you can move the unit by the braces with no ill effects. Well made and reasonably priced.
