We installed these in the covered area of our lanai. Only downfall was that the drill bit was not included in the kit. The clips are tight so it was not the easiest to hang the light cords while working above our heads. I have confidence these should last. I am hoping the humid Florida air will not cause them to rust.

I use these hooks for everything- I love the little latch mechanism. I needed a way to hang feed and water buckets in my goat barn, as well as some string lights… I have now found that I will use them any chance I get. They are very sturdy!

They serve a purpose, but are cheaply made. One broke when using their bit to screw in. Another one cut my hand badly with the hook end. Their bit doesn’t fit well and makes install frustrating. Better to use a regular drill but and hand tighten.

These were so easy to use on our deck for string lights.

I got these to install in a pergola in order to suspend hanging lights. The fact that there is a small clip to hold the contents of the hook closed is a feature I didnt realize would be so handy. I really recommend this product. I would also recommend getting an eye hook drill bit, which allows you to easily install this using either a drill or impact driver.

They work as intended, could be a little bigger though, rather small, but they do the job.

These are very handy for hanging string type lighting. Would recommend them to others and will use them for other hanging projects.
