I needed to get a basic five or six outlet power strip and instead ended up with this

3 of the 6 plugs basically do not work. Outlet sockets are shallow and leaves a gap between the plug and the socket. The three sockets further away from the cable are not able to maintain a stable connection and often loses power.

I must have ESP because I had ordered this right before hurricane Sandy hit the east coast. Sure came in handy.

This is a surge protector which is definitely better than not having any protection at all. Those cheap strips that only give you extra outlets dont provide the same protection for the same price you pay at home depot or staples. This works well and i have not had any problems.

For this price, its an excellent buy. Works fine for me, would buy more if I ever needed. I dont know how great the protection powers are, but if you need something so that you can plug multiple things in easily, this is great.
