These have good grip but they have come off twice when in its travel case. I struggle with putting them back on so it can get annoying.

I came across these by total accident and decided to purchase them on a whim after being in my cart for several weeks and loved them. I originally started with each thumb stick set up differently (one boba, one dumpling) but later ended up going with all dumplings since the dumplings look a lot cuter in my opinion, but both do the job. They don’t slip or move around while playing and actually make playing easier and more enjoyable since you have more of a grip on the joystick.

Today is December 30, 2022 Ive purchased these grips on December 8, 2022, and they arrived on December 20, 2022. Ive bought these grips because my previous set: [LeyuSmart Cute Cat Paw Thumb Grip Caps] kept falling off of my joycons and its become very annoying for me. The boba/dumpling set came in a very small brown box; almost the size of a matchbox, so if youre ordering this with a bunch of other things, you might have to do a little treasure hunt in your Amazon box until you find them. I love the fact that you flip these grips inside out for installation, but it took me a few tries to get them on successfully. I was very delighted with the design. The caps were very smooth, and I dont feel the design while using them, however, I can feel a slight roughness on the edge, especially the top portion of the caps. I was hoping for them to stay on, but this time, they kept rotating around the joycons on my Switch Lite in spite I play only visual novels and cozy games on my console. Though, they dont rotate very easily, but imagine rotating a volume dial on a set of speakers, as this is the closest that I can describe to actuation. I cant imagine if they were to become too loose, or even pop off when playing other genres like a platformer and because of that, I rate it 3 stars. Overall, I think they are great if youre in it for aesthetics, or if you play games that doesnt utilize much of the joycons, otherwise, my advice is to look elsewhere for a better fit.
